德国品牌备案遇到的问题

这个品牌 “VIERCAS ”，我们既在美国注册了，也在德国注册了，并且已在亚马逊美国站成功备案，当我们在德国站备案的时候收到如下的邮件，这是怎么回事呢？

你这个是同名不同站点备案的，一个备案之后另一个不能再次备案，只能让原先备案的把他添加加进去

那这样不就成了美国商标授权吗？我德国的商标岂不是浪费了吗？

这样算不算美国商标授权？那同名的德国商标不是浪费了吗？而且被授权的账号在功能上也没有备案的账号齐全！
