关于WF 的几个问题

1.Is there any fees caused to us when our funds enter in WF? e.g.if amazon disburse funds to our WF account with 10,000 USD.how much will keep in our WF account? any deposit fees happens?

2.Amazon disburse funds by USA Dollars, and what currency will we have in our WF account? USA Dollars or Pounds?

3.we read some information that when we require WF to transfer our WF balance to our local beneficiary account,we have to choose HK Dollars,or Euro or Pounds,if we have USD WF account. My question is,this beneficiary local bank account has to be company account or can be shareholder's or director's priVATe bank accout? if both are ok, any difference when doing transfer to ?

4.if we require to transfer funds above 1000 USD per time,no fees happen? e.g. if we transfer 2000 USD to beneficiary bank account by HK dollars,then we get equivalent HK dollars? how to decide the currency convert rate?

5.How long our WF balance keep in WF account? any maximum.deposit limitation for our WF account?

6.If we register WF account by our HK company information and add our HK company bank account as beneficiary bank when transfer needed,is this possible? and if yes, how long will our transfer will reach your HK company account?

1. No fees are incurred when money is disbursed from Amazon to your WF account. If Amazon sends 10,000 USD to your WF US account, then you will get 10,000 USD.

2. If Amazon disburses USD into your WF account, then you will receive USD as well. There is no currency conversion at this stage of the process.

3. The receiving beneficiary account can be either the company account or the Director’s (majority shareholder) personal bank account. Personal accounts of other minority shareholders or employees cannot be used to receive funds. There will be no difference in using either of these accounts to receive your funds.

4. Basically, if you make a transfer of above 1000USD there will not be any additional fees incurred, and for a transfer of below 1000USD, a 30USD fee will be charged. Also, on every transfer, WF will charge you a “spread” of about 1%-2.5% as its handling fee.

5. The balance in your WF account can be kept for as long as you want and there will not be a maximum or minimum limitation on your deposit.

6. Yes, this is all possible. The transfer will usually take about 3 business days.
