违反亚马逊物流运输政策

我们收到一封亚马逊的邮件，因为创建货件是分仓的，我们留下了一个货件，删除了另外两个货件，留下的那个货件现在都还没收齐，亚马逊过了一个多月发来的邮件警告。
请问该怎么回复亚马逊的邮件啊？

邮件内容：
Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,

We are writing to inform you that the below shipments are in violation of FBA’s Shipping and Routing Policies. One or more of your shipments are non-compliant with FBA’s policy related to Deleted, misrouted, and incomplete shipments.

******** - Deleted

Don't delete any of the shipments in a multi-destination shipping plan after you have approved that plan. If you delete portions of a shipping plan, or if we don't receive all of the shipments in your approved multi-destination shipping plan within 30 days after the first shipment in that plan arrives at our facilities, we will notify you that your shipments aren't compliant with this policy. Exception: One or more of your shipments is delayed solely because of the action or omission of an Amazon partnered carrier.

Failure to comply with FBA policies may result in the suspension of your ability to send additional shipments, a manual processing fee being applied, and will require you to acknowledge the issue and provide an acceptable Plan of Action to ensure future shipments will be compliant with policy.
