顾客想要撤销AZ，但是不会他不会操作，请问应该怎么办

顾客回复消息如下：
I'm trying to do that, but am having no luck, sorry! The steps given to me were: 1.Go to Your Orders. 2.Locate the order. 3.Select Problem with order. 4.Select Cancel request. 5.Enter your comments in the text box. 6.Select Submit
BUT there is no "Cancel Request" option once I select the "Problem with Order" option. So I've entered the comment that I want to withdraw A-Z claim and sent that in TWICE now. Let me know if you have any better ideas for me to resolve this issue.

他说在第三步选择订单存在问题的之后没有取消AZ的选项，请问论坛大佬有没有帮助顾客进行过AZ撤销操作的？顾客卡在这一步了应该怎么办？

The first two steps are fine, but after I click on the "Problem with this order?", the only options I get are:
Continue shopping
Provide more information
Reverse Refund
No "withdraw claim" option given, sorry!
选项中没有withdraw claim这一项，请问这是什么原因呢
