亚马逊品牌注册被拒绝

如题，提交了验证码和case ID，但亚马逊回复如下：
We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to approve your application at the moment. Please allow us to explain in detail.
Your Brand Registry application has been declined as the Brand Registry application needs to be submitted by the trademark owner.
The trademark owner can add the trademark XXXXXXXX as an additional trademark by going to https://brandregistry.amazon.com/manage-ip from their account.
Once done, the trademark owner can add your account as an authorized user.
