最近有3个产品被下架了-要求我提交ISO 17025的实验报告
前几天我已经提交cpc测试报告和证书上去了，可是还是不通过，要求我提交其他资料
有大神帮忙看看是怎么回事吗，这是今天收到的邮件回复
We sincerely empathize with you and know how important this could be for you to run the business. We will surely help you with this issue because we understand the necessity of having your account in good standings.
Upon investigating, our internal team has reviewed that for the ASINs: B09N and B08R to be reinstated, we would require few additional information that includes:
- Product safety testing documentation and certification from an accredited independent testing laboratory.
- Electronic products require the appropriate UL standard from an ISO/ILAC 17025 certified lab.
- Children's products require an up-to-date (within the last year) CPSIA Compliance testing documentation from a CPSC approved laboratory, in addition to safety standard ASTM F963 if the product is a toy.
- For all other products, please submit all testing the seller has on hand from an ISO 17025 certified laboratory.
After providing the required documents, we will further proceed by investigating upon your case.
