我知道怎么解决这个问题了。
解决方案：
点击后台的设置（settting），然后点击Notification Preferences （我的是英文页面），然后找到Notification Options，然后找到Reports，然后点击旁边的Edit，然后去勾Open Listings Report并点击Save就ok了。
