品牌备案一直拒绝，并且无说明

备案了四次。每次都是拒绝并且没有说明原因，发了case说无权限，品牌团队是单独分开的。到品牌团队网站开case邮件没有回复。请问各位大佬到底问题出在哪里？品牌是以本公司申请的意向TM，每次都要回复6点，6点都是回复的1.YES 2.YES 3.NO 4.NO 5.NO 6.5个品牌申请的小类产品。实在是没招了。官方邮件回复如下：Hello from Amazon Brand Registry,

We are writing to inform you that your enrollment request [Case ID: 1126*******] for Brand [M***** ] has been declined.

Why is this happening?
As a part of the enrollment process, a detailed investigation is conducted during which our investigation team may reach out to you to request for additional information and documents as evidence or to participate in a video verification.

In the absence of the additional information, we are unable to move forward with the enrollment request and hence the request is being declined.
