求助!!最近收到业绩通知说“您的账户因无法销售的FBA********* 替代品而导致的索赔的亚马逊物流 (FBA) 报销要求高于正常水平,这违反了我们的政策”但是这个产品是新品,货件也是第一次发货到亚马逊仓库,期间并没有索赔行为;如果说是商品有瑕疵不可售也不对,因为接收货物数量是没问题的,查看了没有不可售库存,请问有没有大神了解此类问题的??该如何解决比较好?附上原文如下: "We have found that you have violated a policy, so your account is at risk of being deactiVATed. Why did I receive this message? We observed that your account has higher-than-normal Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) reimbursement claims for unsellable substitutes for FBAxxxxxxxxx, that violates our policies, so we are looking into this issue. How can I address this policy violation issue? Please contact us atsellercredit-appeals@amazon.comwith a Plan of Action (POA). A Plan of Action (POA) should include: ? The root cause of the issue which led to unsellable substitutes ? The actions you have taken to resolve the issue ? The steps you have taken to prevent the issue going forward Shipment ID : FBAxxxxxxxxx Violation : Unsellable Substitution"
