美国资料店铺需要验证，没有资料怎么办？

北美店铺，突然要验证，但是这是好几年前拿的漂亮国资料的账号，找了找资料，只有一份SW的证明和一份不知道什么文件，其他资料像YYZZ和法人SFZ都没有，找当时的服务商也没有，急！
