We were unable to transfer funds in the amount of $12248.69 into your bank account or debit card on file (ending in 437). The transfer of funds was not successful due to incorrect information. Please verify name, address, and bank account or debit card details. The funds were returned to us, and we have removed your incorrect bank or debit card account information from your account.
To receive your funds, you will need to do the following:
1. Log in to seller account information page. 2. In the Deposit Method section, click Edit. 3. Update your account with either:
- A valid bank account and routing number - A Visa Debit Card. If you wish to use a debit card as your default deposit method, a valid bank account must be assigned as an active account.
