I have checked details of the FBA order #******** and I see that the refund is processed to customer on Date **, 2013 as Buyer contacted our customer service department regarding refund, our customer service department refunded the order, because our customer service department takes care of FBA order refunds and buyer queries on mutual understanding.
At this point of time the item is not returned by the buyer to our fulfillment center, in any case of full refund or partial refund for FBA order we wait for 45 days form the date of refund for item to be returned from buyer, if the item is not returned to your inventory we will reimburse seller's account within 45 days from the date the customer was refunded, your account will be automatically reimbursed.If even after 45 days, your account is not reimbursed or item item is not returned, please write back to us we will do our best in resolving the issue.
I understand that unit was not delivered to the buyer but still have to wait for 45 days for the unit to be returned to us. Note that this 45 days will give us ample time to locate the unit.
Rest assured, if the unit is not found by 45 days an automatic refund will be issued to your account for this unit. |
