We notice that we have made a big mistake these days, and we should comply with Amazon's safety requirement.
We are sorry that we do not comply with Amazon's requirement, and we promise you that we will comply with it from now on.
It is our fault that we put too many items in one box and it is overweight, it is our fault and mistake, we do not pay attention to it before, but we acknowledge it now.
From now on, we will not exceed 50.0 lbs in each box, and I know overweight box may cause you much trouble, so we will not cause you any trouble in the future.
I apologize again for our behavior these days, and will tell our team to pay much attention on it, and ask them to comply with Amazon's requirement on box and item.
It will be much appreciated if you could reopen the ability of FBA shipping for us.
