客户发邮件要求VAT Refund 要怎么处理？

今天收到一个客户的一封邮件，要求什么增值税退税，英国站的，这种客户邮件要怎么回呢？这个增值税退税又是要怎么处理呢？还没处理过这样的邮件，求哪位能指点指点。
