这两天收到亚马逊业绩通知,告知我的账号被冻结因侵权,看到上面写了“Apple” 是不是苹果公司投诉的? “Apple” – B01G6I41N6 B01G6I41O0 B01K1QKIVI 针对这3个listing,我仔细核查了一遍,这3个listing是我们自建的,是一款iphone 6 和 iphone 6 plus 更换屏幕配件,产品图片都是我们自己拍的,也做了自己的LOGO 包装,内容里面都是写了 for iphone 6 和 for iphone 6 plus , 只是主题上写的是 iphone 6 和 iphone 6 plus .
针对这个问题,我们该如何申诉? 亚马逊要求我们提供授权资料。 这个该怎么解决?急急急!!

You may no longer sell on Amazon.com because of rights owner complaints about items that infringe their intellectual property rights. Here are some examples of your listings that may be inauthentic:

Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write topayments-funds@amazon.com.
Please emailpq-review@amazon.comwith the following supporting documents: -- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory. -- If you are not the brand owner, provide a complete set of documentation to prove a valid supply chain. -- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card. -- Any additional details you would like us to know.
You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.
If you do not send the required documents within 17 days, we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.com.
