美国站注册遇到这类审核

各位前辈大神，注册美国站后遇到以下邮件，请问要提供啥资料？

是不是提供 身份证，护照扫描件？
关于第3点，是说如果身份证和护照上已体现地址，就不需要账单来证明地址了，对么？
