申请备案时选择了upc那一栏？依据邮件内容判断，应该是你选择了UPC或EAN作为你的商品关键属性，客服要向你确认选择了UPC作为你的产品关键属性，你得保证备案后上传产品都要用到UPC且不能有重复的；提交备案时，建议你选UPC的下一个框，选择MPN或者model no.这些作为你的关键属性，这些关键属性是你可以自己拟定的，以替代UPC。
