阿默求助,
前几天亚马逊转款给我,P卡余额一直是0, 听说要等3-5个工作日,就等着。 可是刚刚收到亚马逊的邮件如下:
“Your most recent transfer of funds in the amount of $345.93 was not successfully deposited into your bank account on file (ending in 085). The funds were returned to us, and we have removed the current bank account information from your account.
To receive your funds, you will need to update your bank account information by doing the following:
1. Log in to your seller account and go to your seller account information page.
2. In the Deposit Method section, click Edit. 3. Update your account with a valid bank account and routing number.
后台的账号是之前申请P卡时收到的邮件,按邮件里面的信息绑定上去的,P卡也激活了。 这是第一次收款,请问这样的问题怎么解决呢,多谢阿默
