Account-Confirmation要求验证收款人信息

各位，
请教个问题：
上段时间，我给一个新账号添加了收款人信息，收到亚马逊邮件通知，审核账号，邮件通知如下。

For ****（收款人名字，暂且叫李老板吧） :

-- Complete residential address.
-- A copy of an unexpired passport or other government-issued identification (such as a driver’s license).
-- Proof of address, such as a recentutility bill(if the address on the passport or government-issued identification is not current).

To view the fax number and verify that this request is indeed coming from Amazon, please open your web browser and type in the following link:http://www.amazon.com/help/documentrequest.For your security, please do not send these documents via email. The cost of sending this fax will depend on the number of pages you send and the fees charged by your provider.

We will convert your fax to a secure electronic image and send an email within 24 hours confirming receipt. If we do not receive this information, your account may be closed.

以前的账号我添加收款人信息都不需要任何验证的，没想到这次要验证，因为这个收款人的身份已经用于开另外一个店铺，所以我是不能提交这个收款人李老板的身份信息的。然后我就在后台把收款人信息改成了张总，发了张总的身份信息过去，但是亚马逊就account-confirmation@amazon.com这个邮箱一直回复让我提供李老板的身份信息。我一直跟他讲现在的收款人已经是张总了，他好像听不懂我讲的话一样（不是我英语表达的问题），像个机器人一样一直让我提供李老板的身份信息。
现在账号还是suspended，大家有没有什么建议？多谢，拜托。
