关于KYC审核，请大神帮帮忙

提交了审核资料后，亚马逊要求提交操作人员的名字和账号，然后我们就把这个账号的2个操作人员的名字地址写上去。
现在亚马逊又来了一个邮件，是这样子的，我完全是懵的，请问这个要怎么办呀？

Thank you for your email. We kindly ask you to refer to the following steps in order to undertake appropriate actions required for the verification of your account.

1. We kindly ask you to enter the full name of the person that is currently using the main email address as it is not clear who uses it. Please change the details for the account manager in the Login Settings section under Settings in Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.ama ... guration/index.html).

2. Thank you for confirming that Nick and George have access to your account.

Please update the list of secondary users in the User Permissions section under Settings in Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.ama ... guration/index.html) and reply to this email to confirm when you have finished.

You may add as many secondary users as needed. Enter a full name and email address for each secondary user and click Send Invitation. The secondary user will receive the invitation and a code via e-mail to complete the registration.

The secondary user’s email address must be different from the primary account email address.

2. 1 If any secondary users need permissions to grant refunds on your behalf, please provide the following documents. It is important that any information provided is marked with the email address registered to your Amazon Payments account.

-- A letter of authorization on your company letterhead, addressed to Amazon Payments. The below is an example of a Letter of Authorization:

A copy of the photo and information page of a valid passport or a copy of both sides of the ID for the secondary user.

A copy of a bank statement orutility bill(gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, mobile phone or telephone) dated within the past 90 days and showing full name and address of the secondary user.

You can fax this information to our secure fax line at 0800 068 5450 or +49 8938 038 403 if faxing from outside the UK. The cost of sending this fax will depend on the number of pages you send and the fees charged by your provider.

If you do not provide this information, the secondary user will not be able to grant refunds on your behalf.

提供法人的姓名和邮箱吗？需不需要设置？然后法人的住址是不是也要提供？

哦哦，明白了，最后一个是说要授权什么的，哎，感觉现在KYC审核也一直在变变变

亚马逊要什么就给什么
