大神们，你们好。在亚马逊后台提交了品牌授权备案，结果发回邮件说授权失败了，说是我提供的授权信件不授予我在亚马逊上管理品牌内容的权限。授权信必须是模板，或者必须遵循应用程序中提供的模板格式，并由品牌所有者签名。但问题是我就是直接从后台上下载的模板交给厂家去签字的，请问是不是格式错误还是填写的信息有漏？以下是亚马逊回复邮件内容：

The authorization letter you provided does not grant you authority to manage the brand content on Amazon’s website. The authorization letter must be the template or it must follow the format of the template provided in the application and be signed by the brand owner.
