被亚马逊FBA发信警告了，有没有类似的经历的？

Greetings from Fulfillment by Amazon,We received negative customerfeedbackregarding the ASIN listed below. While we are unable to physically check for the described defects, customer reports indicate a high rate of defective inventory.

REPORTED DEFECT:Chronic Defect: Item defective or doesn’t work
To prevent customers from continuing to encounter defects, please advise if there are troubleshooting steps or other pertinent information we can provide for customers. Please take any steps possible to resolve any defects in inventory.Please note that these ASINs may be deemed no longer eligible for Fulfillment by Amazon if this issue cannot be resolved, as defective inventory can mean a poor customer experience

这应该是因为你发FBA的产品，多次因为质量问题，遭到客户投诉了。我以前有个产品也是这样，因为产品缺陷率较高，亚马逊暂时关了listing去调查，一般调查之后会重新开的。

这批销毁，因为你那里的货质量太差，无法保证以后没有投诉，否则你以后都别想做了。
