Please know that if the buyer requests a cancellation using the web form at the time they request for order cancellation with the reason code "Order Cancellation Request" and sellers use "Buyer Cancelled" reason code, the order will not impact the seller metrics in any way. As this would be considered as a buyer initiated cancellation and not seller initiated.
Also I request you to make note in the Seller memo text box for these orders the reason for cancellation. Sellers can add their own notes to orders using the "Seller memo" field in Manage Orders, so that whenever our investigations team reviews the order, they will come to know that the order has been cancelled up on request from the buyer.
