我按照大神的模板写回复，之后收到回信了。主要是说我被投诉了，我检查了邮箱和后台都没有看到投诉，请问这个怎么回复比较好？

Do not limit your plan to issues with specific orders.
不要局限于具体的订单。所以应该要有详尽整体的plan吧。

这个要看具体情况，如果你真的卖假货，那就是作死。如果亚马逊冤枉你，。那你就可以理直气壮的跟他们理论。 我们去年被投诉说是假货，但是我们的产品不是假货，所以我们就直接给亚马逊回复说我们有品牌，一直致力于提供优质服务，balabala,,,然后就恢复了。

所以如果亚马逊冤枉的，就直接跟他们理论，不用担心
