目前还是需要购物型的独立站的。

这几种备案，你的商标不属于，备案失败。

1，商标已经拿到R标但是以个人名义注册的是否可以申请成功,
2.备案之后不是选择类别吗是不是备案成功之后只能在选择的类别里上传产品了，其他的类目还能刊登产品吗？

1、可以的
2、可以备案其他产品，但是还是只有注册商标的类目最终可以起保护作用。
