The images that were submitted did not meet our guidelines for approval. Specifically there were issues with products not on pure white backgrounds, blurry/fuzzy images, and cropping.

The pure white background requirement is considered met when the background has RGB values of 255, 255, 255, or Color Code #FFFFFF and the non white area around the product has been neatly edited. You may test your images for a white background by using the Instant Eye Dropper tool which can be downloaded for free. We use this same tool when checking your images. You may also open the image in Microsoft Paint or other equivalent program and use the black paint bucket to make the background issues easier to see.

By cropping we are referring to the amount of space between the product/model and the edge of the image. The image must be cropped on all sides to allow the product to take up 85% of the available image space while maintaining the minimum pixel requirements and image quality. You may test the cropping standard of your images by taking the remaining white space around the edge of the image and combining the vertical and horizontal edges with their respective opposites. If, when either side is added together and it takes up less than 20% or 1/5 of the available image space then it meets our guidelines for cropping.

Additionally the images you submit on Amazon must be high quality/resolution or, "HD" photos so that Buyers have a clear view of the product details. Images will often become blurry when small images are enlarged to meet our image pixel size guidelines. You may want to try retaking your photos closer to the product so that you start out with a naturally larger image during editing.

Lastly, as a part of this application process we require that you submit 3 invoices that you currently send to your customers. The invoices must meet the below guidelines in order to be accepted.

* The invoice date must be within the last 90 days.
* Business certification documentation that shows you registered your business.
* Contain the company name and contact information. Business address, phone number and/or email.
* The names of the products purchased.

At this time you will need to submit 5 good images and the invoice information in order to proceed with this application. While we wait, your application will be put on hold for 2 days. If no response is received in that time frame the application will be declined. Should this happen you will have 5 days to reopen the application before a new application will be required.

是否要提交合格的图片，还要再提交invoice？
