个人卖家与注册公司的关系

就是问你到时是以个人注册还是公司注册，你注册的是INDIVDUAL但是你填的是 XXX INTERNATIONAL CO,. LIMITED,所以亚马逊搞糊涂了，你要回复这个邮件给亚马逊告诉他们你的选择，个人还是公司，如果是以个人身份，那么你要解释下为什么你填的时候填了XXX INTERNATIONAL CO,. LIMITED，这个公司和你什么关系，翻译过来就是这样，你自己去回复，我没遇到过这个情况。

谢谢阿默回复。注册账户是注册个人的INDIVDUAL，但是我就是不知道如何解释这两者之间的关系。解释说这个注册的个人是公司的法人，这样可以吗？

好像现在英国站 不允许 英国境外的个人卖家注册了 ，
我之前都注册了英国站的个人卖家， 经营类型选的“individual”
都审核到最后， 亚马逊要求确认经营类型是Sole Propietors 还是 Private Corporation
亚马逊解释如下：
If you are registering as a private person (Individual Business type seller), you are doing so in the context of a private activity. Registering as a Business seller means that you are acting in the context of a commercial or professional activity. Most of the time, Business sellers are registered legal entities.

However, you may also act as sole proprietor without being registered as a company, depending on the local requirements applying to your activity.

Sole Propietors will need to provide the following documents:
- Registration for Self-Assessment
- Class 2 National Insurance Contributions
- Return to Self-Assessment
- A letter from HMRC containing the UTR number

Private Corporations will need to provide these ones:
- Current Appointments Report or
- Articles/Memorandum of Association

Note: If you are a Sole Proprietor established in the UK, please select the UK Sole Proprietor option. If you are a Sole Proprietor established outside of the UK, please register as a Business.

意思是英国境外的卖家只能选“business”类型。

后来我回复我是境外的个人卖家， 问能不能修改注册类型，
亚马逊说修改不了， 就把我的销售权移除了 ！
但是说我可以用原来的邮箱重新申请，
好吧， 我用原来的邮箱重新申请， 结果根本就申请不了！
哎， 不知道我这个还有没有救。
