注册账户时要求传真完整地址，其他身份证件，地址证明，有没有遇到过的？

我是昨天注册的亚马逊美国站店铺账号，提交资料后，他们那边发邮件来要求在9天内传真完整地址，其他身份证件，地址证明，否则账号会被关闭。但没有说明这些地址是哪个地址，是身份证上的地址还是营业执照上的地址，本人第一次注册，不懂，有没有哪位大神有经验或遇到过？求指导，谢谢。

他们那边发来的具体邮件如下：
