我也是同样问题，昨天重新提交了营业执照正副本，目前帐号状态ACTIVE，但仍然显示帐号被暂停，且不能上传产品，报了CASE，发过来的一样的邮件。我的是新号，都还没有进货，要求提交的很多资料根本就没有，也不敢随便回复邮件，求解决办法。
