6月14号下午4点半收到了亚马逊美国站的链接,晚上七点半账号注册完毕,三分钟后账户就被冻结了,移除了销售权限,给seller support发了邮件,询问怎么回事,没有得到回复。、三天后收到了亚马逊的邮件,内容如下:
Hello,
We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com.
Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid forA-to-Zclaims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email topayments-funds@amazon.com.
Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:
--utility billwith name and address visible --Business license --If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.
You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Please send the documents toseller-performance@amazon.com.
Once we receive your documents, we will review them and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.
但是我的店铺 根本就没有上传任何产品呢,我应该 怎么做?第一条的要求 是让我提供 有名字和地址的 信用卡账单吗 ??这个我不太明白求指点, 另外我没有上传过产品,我还需要提供 发票吗???
