关于全球开店美国站审核问题，请教

两星期之前，提交了营业执照、身份证原件注册店铺，然后后面提示被冻结，原因是注册填写的地址与营业执照不一致，后来修改了，然后也收到银行提示，扣了39美元。上星期周五等着收到信用卡账单，把账单也通过邮件发送给亚马逊了，可为什么等到今天，我打开后台看依然还是被冻结的状态？是要等收到验证通过的邮件吗？一般需要多久？我现在是继续等到还是有什么其他操作可以做，新手小白，麻烦有经验的老鸟解答下，感激不尽。

邮件里的内容：

请问有人可以指教下吗？我发现一个问题，就是我的营业执照地址和信用卡账单地址是不一样的，这两个地址不符合，会因为这个问题审核不通过才一直收不到邮件回复吗？
