两礼拜注册账户，只差最后一步了，心焦！！！！！

两个礼拜前注册亚马逊账户，一步一步验证，等待到现在。。。心焦啊。现在AM要求我上传以上信息

1.copy of proof of company registration, e.g. business registration extract (cannot be older than 3 months)

这点我认为是公司营业执照，但是它后面又说三个月之内的，所以觉得不是营业执照。然后我咨询了AM SELLER CENTER的人员，他们这样回复我的：
What our verification team are requesting is a business registration document from the authority body in China
That displays your business name and details
so as advised you will need to contact the local authority in China who will be able to provide the document that displays the information about your business when it was registered.
到底是什么呢？什么机构能提供呢？

2.Copy of household expenses, e.g. utility (gas, water, electricity, etc.), telephone or internet bill showing the address the business is established at (cannot be older than 3 months)
商业注册地址的水电费单据

3.Valid (not expired) passport or other valid (not expired) official ID of the Primary Contact Person
Please upload the picture side of a Passport or both sides of a National/Electronic ID.
护照或其他有效证件的正反面
4. Copy of household expenses, e.g. utility (gas, water, electricity, etc.), telephone or internet bill showing the residential address of the Primary Contact Person (cannot be older than 3 months)

官方的说法：
工商注册信息（Business Registration Extract）: 即公司营业执照扫描件（请提供清晰彩色扫描）。
大陆公司：营业执照。 香港公司：公司注册证明书+商业登记条例
