一批发FBA的货物丢了。怎么找回来。。。

Dear Seller,

Thank you for your reply.

Please note that an investigation cannot be opened if the information requested below is not provided on your side to assist us in our research.

* The original manufacturer EAN/UPC number as printed on the missing product.
* Did the individual items each carry an FBA item label?
* Invoice. The invoice must show the purchase of the products from a supplier or manufacturer and include:

- The date of that purchase
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity purchased

If you are the manufacturer, please send a copy of the packing slip, which must include:

- The date of delivery
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity shipped

Furthermore, since shipment was imported from China into the EU, please also provide us with the Customs Declaration Form. These documents must include the following information:

- The parties involved in the shipping transaction,
- The goods being transported
- The country of manufacture
- Company Name
- Company stamp and
- Signature

The document can be either in paper or electronic form, such as PDF document.

If we have not received this information within 2 days from the request we will then resolve the case.

亚马逊有一项政策叫做“FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement”，翻译过来即“FBA存货丢失和损毁赔偿”。如果卖家在FBA的存货不幸丢失，亚马逊平台会有一笔赔付款，同时，商品也有可能被找回。只需要按照邮件需要提供的资料提供就会有希望找回货物。

海外仓发过去的，DHL显示到货了，然后海外仓的人说DHL和亚马逊有个默认的投递地点，叫我找亚马逊，亚马逊特么叫我提供这些东西，，，不知道怎么办了

海外仓发过去的，DHL显示到货了，然后海外仓的人说DHL和亚马逊有个默认的投递地点，叫我找亚马逊，亚马逊叫我提供这些东西，关键这有些东西我没有呀
