亚马逊欧洲站电池适配器类产品审核需要的资料

各位大神，亚马逊欧洲站电池类产品被抽查到要提供以下资料
1.Invoice 产品采购的正式发票
2.符合性声明DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Compliance with the EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC) of 2014/30 / EU
AND
Compliance IEC 62133: 2012 for rechargeable and secondary batteries
Compliance with battery directive 2006/66 / EC
AND
Compatibility with IEC 62133: 2012 for rechargeable and secondary batteries
OR
EN 60086: 2015 Safety of lithium batteries (eg a non-rechargeable pacemaker battery with a lifetime of 30 years

This document must be written and provided ONLY by the manufacturer of the product for which you are applying and not by a third party. Any other type of document (certificate of conformity, test report ...) will be automatically rejected.
3.产品及包装图片A photo of the packaging with the product clearly identifiable ,in line with the declaration of conformity : your photo was not compliant , because it was a photo of the product itself with model number appearing on a sticker. We would need those information (CE marking AND model number) shown as branded on the package.

2 符合性声明，要厂家的产品做过这些相应的标准检测后自我拟定一份声明盖公章即可
2014/30 / EU 欧盟EMC指令
IEC 62133: 2012 电池安全标准，主要针对含碱性或非酸性电解液的单体蓄电池和电池组和便携式密封单体蓄电池及电池组的安全要求
battery directive 2006/66 / EC 电池指令，主要限制汞、镉等重金属限值
EN 60086一次性锂电池标准

自我符合性声明没有固定格式的，只要厂家产品是通过这些测试的，在声明里列明生产商信息，产品信息，符合的法规字眼，签章，即可
