急！亚马逊传真地址问题

最关键是Proof of address, 信用卡账单打电话给银行了，目前都是提供账单上都只有姓名，没有地址怎么办？
[size=13.3333px]家里的水电，煤气等账单都是写的我老公的名字？可否附上这类账单，然后再加一份关系证明？

[size=13.3333px]还有我看论坛里有的小伙伴说是话费账单，但是话费账单上一般都只有名字没有含有地址啊？
