Your eligibility status has changed forPremium Shipping Optionsand you are currentlynot eligibleto offer these shipping options on Merchant-fulfilled orders. Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders are not affected by this status change. You will have the opportunity to improve your performance metrics to become eligible again. However, these shipping options will now be removed from your Merchant-fulfilled offers on Amazon.com. You can review your performance metrics on Seller Central using the Premium Shipping Eligibility Tool. The tool can be accessed here:https://sellercentral.amazon.com ... mance-summary.html/
Your status has changed because one or more performance metrics is/are below the required threshold(s). During this time:
  • You will not be eligible to offer Premium Shipping options for a minimum of seven days.
  • If all requirements have been met, and at least seven days have passed, you will once again be eligible to offer Premium Shipping. If you have a Premium Shipping option selected in your Shipping Settings, it will automatically appear on your offers, once your status has been restored toeligible.
