急求帮助“：
下午收到亚马逊的邮件说是我的两款衣服因“not as advertises”被已出暂停销售， 这两个ASIN是一款，其中的一款有4个评价， 一个5星， 3个4 星， 另一个ASIN是两个评价， 一个一星， 一个五星， 亚马逊让提供证明， 这种需要怎么回应呢，？ 收到这份好邮件后紧接着又收到一封邮件， 列出了好多个ASIN， 让提供各种证明及材料等，这是什么原因呢， 另外现在DSR短期的为0.77%， 长期的是3.2%， 我需要怎么做呢？

All sellers are responsible for listing items on a product detail page that accurately describes the item in all respects. This includes, among other aspects, brand, manufacturer, UPC, model number, edition, quantity, packaging, and color. 我是因为ODR太高了，被取消销售权限的。申述信发出去之后，亚马逊半个小时内就回复了这封邮件，请问我要怎么操作？我卖的东西根本就无法提供那么详细的信息，例如upc是别人给我的，不知道是不是正规的，品牌,制造商,UPC,型号,版本,数量,包装,和颜色，这些我都要写么？没办法全部提供啊，

一周前写了申诉，之后就没有消息，昨天又写了一封，这次要是还是没有消息，是不是就真的没有任何希望了， ...

再次写申诉信的话，要发哪个地址呢？第一次发申诉信点的按钮找不到了。 我是用amazon后台发的。。。

我们做出此项决定的原因在于：您的改进计划不够具体针对性不强；
