@阿默 他这样不是等于死了一个账号，那怎么还能用这个个人信息 并且同电脑同网络环境下注册开通其他站点呢，不会关联么？

买家要求索赔退款， 我就退款了，然后就变成了Fair,
可能是好几天了，买家没有收到货， 我仔细看了一下并没有设置2~3就发货的那种。
促销 快递的时间 选的标准那种的。

现在已经退款了，然后我再想问这个情况，说这个case已经关闭

你要仔细看邮件内容，


Account reviews are intended to ensure the timely shipment of orders and compliance with our selling policies.
这是正常的新账户运营一段时间以后订单量增加后亚马逊的例行审核基本每个账户都有的， 没关系，只要你在这段运营时间内没有侵权干嘛的都会通过，审核时间一般是1个月左右，审核完了就好了，不用太过担心，还有，邮件内容仔细看，他要你干嘛你就配合。

但是账号现在的装填是suspended的，不是underreviews的，没有销售权限
