英国站跟卖疯狂，我有品牌备案也跟卖

产品是我们自己开发的，amazon.co.uk也有品牌备案。然有个英国混账卖家从我们公司拿了60个货就跟卖我了，他是说拿60个样品的。我投诉到amazon，一下是amazon的回复，起诉了3次都是这个邮件回复。那个英国卖家是没有拿到什么发票的。但amazon就是不管它。应该怎么投诉呢？

有什么用呢，我投诉了好多次，亚马逊也删了他三次， 他又继续上传，还是FBA,赶都赶不走
