亚马逊品牌备案问题

品牌备案后收到一封邮件是这么说的：
Greetings from Amazon Seller Support,

Case ID: ******
Brand Name: ****

Thank you for your interest in Amazon Brand Registry. We have provided a verification code for the application to the public contact listed on the website for the agency that registered the trademark for the “****”. The information available from the agency follows.

To receive a verification code, contact the Trademark Correspondent.

The verification code will confirm that you are approved to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry. Also provide the following information:

Trademark Correspondent First name: ***
Phone number: +***
Trademark Correspondent Email address: *****

Reply to this case in your case log within 30 days with the verification code and case ID for this application. You will then receive an email to confirm your approval for Brand Registry. The case ID for your application is: ****

If you did not apply for Amazon Brand Registry, contact us atbrand-registry-service@amazon.comimmediately.

然后我今天已经收到verification code 了，下一步要怎么做呢？

Reply to this case in your case log within 30 days with the verification code and case ID for this application.

这个已经说得很清楚了，回复你收到的verification code和case ID。

因为邮件末尾还说了 Please note: this e-mail was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept incoming e-mail. Please do not reply to this message.

所以我不知道该不该回

去case log里找到这个case 回复

卖家你好，我现在在等这个验证码可是一直没有收到，我是发送他所要求的信息到他说的那个邮箱的，快一个星期了都没有收到，请问你多久收到的呀
