新手急求大神, Identity Verification不能通过问题

我注册到“Identity Verification”的时候，亚马逊回复如下:

Unable to verify account informationWe are unable to verify the documents you provided. As a result, you may not sell on Amazon. We cannot give you more information about this matter, and we may not reply to further emails about this decision.

应该是我把法人的姓的拼音Li,写成了LEE,请问开case有没有可能获得销售权呀? 提前谢谢大神的解答！

发邮件给亚马逊说注销账号，那边让我们重新提供法人身份证跟银行账户结单，应该是可以重新审核？

好像法人账号一定要跟你的信用卡上面的一致
